Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.
Shipping to Malaysia
We ship directly to all states in Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Shipping Method: Standard Shipping — Estimated Delivery Time: 12 business days — Cost: FREE
Shipping Method: Express Shipping — Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days — Cost: RM 18.00
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.
Customs & Import
All orders are shipped from overseas. United Cervical is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by Malaysian customs authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
